Serves as primary support contact providing administrative and internal/external support for the Business Lending Team in all areas, with the exception of underwriting and loan approvals. The loan servicing specialist is responsible for providing primary support to internal and external customers over the telephone and email along with analyzing, researching and processing semi-complex transactions to include loan payoffs, daily report review, collateral tracking, participation loan payments.   Compensation: Minimum $ 21.08 Maximum $ 30.11    Placement in the pay scale will be determined by experience and qualifications.

The Indirect Funding Specialist is responsible for creating an exceptional member and dealer experience by ensuring accurate and timely processing and funding of all indirect loan applications including auto motorcycle, recreational vehicle, and boat within established service level commitments. The Indirect Loan Processor will collaborate with dealers, members, and internal staff to collect documentation, verify that documents meet underwriting stipulations, audit loan packages for accuracy and complete balancing duties in the loan operating system.
