Provides general support in all areas of the Consumer Lending Department and ensures accuracy on all loan records and documents. Responsible for performing loan maintenance for all loan types including manual loan calculations and adjustments. Demonstrates compliance with all credit union regulations for assigned job functions and designated job responsibilities. Identifies efficiency improvements in all operational aspects of the department. Identifies, recommends and participates in the implementation of procedures and workflow improvements for all department processes. Provide superior service to internal and external members and promote member relationships that exceed expectations.

Responsible for ensuring secure collateral for all collateralized loans in order to reduce overall risk to the credit union. Performs various tasks associated with acquisition, recording, correction, transfer, payoff and release of vehicle certificates of title, deeds of trust, final title, insurance policies and other security interest instruments. Ensures the timely receipt of accurate vehicle titles or other security interest instruments. Completes the timely release of titles and liens on loans that are paid in full.
